I found the book to be very interesting, just as I did Bedlam’s Door, and enjoyed reading the wide variety of cases involved. These are the one only two books I have read where the case studies have been written directly from the psychiatrist who treated the patients. The author states in his bio on Goodreads that “Every patient has a story to tell,” and that is how these books are written, with each chapter telling a unique, interesting and individual story.
